What strategies can be used to engage kids in the classroom?
To be specific, I teach students in an elementary school. I noticed recently that most of my students are distracted and are not focused on school activities. I have tried all means possible to keep them engaged in school activities all my methods are proving futile and abortive. I don't know what else to try again. Most of them will be sleeping or playing with their friends rather than facing their classwork. Keeping kids engaged is important for them to learn better and it makes them perform better in their academics. What are the strategies that I can employ to keep them more engaged in the classroom?
